2. Booking & Cancellation
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Payments: Full payment or a deposit is required to secure a booking.
Cancellations: Refunds are subject to the specific policy mentioned at the time of booking.
3. House Rules To ensure a comfortable stay for all, guests must:
Strictly follow "No Smoking" and "No Pets" policies where applicable.
Avoid excessive noise after 10:00 PM.
Be responsible for any damages caused to the property during the stay.
4. Liability The Homez acts as a professional accommodation manager. While we maintain high safety standards, we are not liable for personal injuries or loss of guest belongings. We recommend all guests maintain personal travel insurance.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
